Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a full-service restaurant kitchen desired
  • Ability to stand for entire shift
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds multiple times per shift
  • Capable of bending, stooping, reaching, and pushing frequently
  • Passion for food quality and teamwork
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Ability to work flexible schedules

Job Duties

  • Prepare made-from-scratch food in a scratch kitchen environment
  • Interact with guests while displaying culinary showmanship
  • Hand carve and grind beef and bison daily in the on-premise butcher shop
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
  • Assist in prepping ingredients and managing food inventory
  • Work as a cooperative team member to ensure smooth kitchen operations
