Job Requirements

  • Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
  • Great team player
  • Ability to multitask
  • Passionate about great food
  • Stands during entire shift
  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting
  • Lifts and carries tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 100 lbs up to 20 times per shift
  • Frequent exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity and extreme cold

Job Qualifications

  • Previous full-service restaurant kitchen experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Strong team player with good communication skills
  • Passion for cooking and high-quality food
  • Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work standing for extended periods
  • Comfortable handling physical demands such as lifting heavy items

Job Duties

  • Prepare made-from-scratch food items in a scratch kitchen
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Display showmanship and interact with guests in the display kitchen
  • Handle and process fresh meat cuts including beef and bison
  • Follow safety and sanitation standards consistently
  • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Assist in daily kitchen prep and inventory management
