Job Requirements
- Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired

- lifts and carries tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 100 lbs up to 20 times per shift

Job Duties
- Prepare menu items in accordance with scratch kitchen recipes and standards
- hand carve and grind beef and bison daily in the on-premises butcher shop
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- interact with guests in the display kitchen providing showmanship and professionalism
- multitask efficiently during busy service periods
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
