Job Requirements

  • Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
  • Great team player
  • Ability to multitask
  • Passionate about great food
  • Stands during entire shift
  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting
  • Able to lift and carry tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 100 lbs up to 20 times per shift
  • Frequent exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity and extreme cold

  • Experience in a full-service restaurant kitchen is desired
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Passionate about food quality and presentation
  • Good communication skills for guest interaction
  • Familiarity with kitchen safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare made-from-scratch food items with attention to quality and presentation
  • Hand carve and grind beef and bison daily in the on-premise butcher shop
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
  • Display showmanship and engage with guests in the display kitchens
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines rigorously
  • Assist with dishwashing and kitchen prep tasks as needed
