Job Requirements

  • full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
  • great team player
  • ability to multitask
  • passionate about great food
  • stands during entire shift
  • frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting
  • lifts and carries tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 100 lbs up to 20 times per shift
  • frequent exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity and extreme cold

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior kitchen experience in a full-service restaurant is desired
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • passion for quality food and hospitality
  • physical ability to handle demanding tasks including lifting up to 100 lbs
  • positive attitude and commitment to excellence

Job Duties

  • prepare made-from-scratch food items with attention to detail and freshness
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • interact courteously and professionally with guests in display kitchen areas
  • assist in daily hand carving and grinding of beef and bison in the on-premise butcher shop
  • multitask efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • support team members and contribute to a positive work atmosphere
