Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
  • ability to stand for entire shifts
  • capability to lift up to 100 pounds
  • able to perform frequent bending, stooping, and reaching
  • willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • must be passionate about cooking and excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Prepare scratch-made menu items in small batches
  • hand carve and grind beef and bison daily
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
  • interact with guests showing kitchen showmanship
  • follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • assist in inventory management and stock preparation
  • collaborate effectively with kitchen and service team members
