Job Requirements
- Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience working in a full-service restaurant kitchen is desired
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment

- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Job Duties
- Prepare made-from-scratch food items in small batches to ensure freshness and quality
- Hand carve and grind beef and bison daily in the on-premise butcher shop
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workspace
- Display cooking showmanship and engage with guests in the open kitchen
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with kitchen prep work including chopping, measuring, and food preparation
- Operate kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
