Job Requirements

  • Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience working in a full-service restaurant kitchen is desired
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment

  • Basic knowledge of food safety standards
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Job Duties

  • Prepare made-from-scratch food items in small batches to ensure freshness and quality
  • Hand carve and grind beef and bison daily in the on-premise butcher shop
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workspace
  • Display cooking showmanship and engage with guests in the open kitchen
  • Follow safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • Assist with kitchen prep work including chopping, measuring, and food preparation
  • Operate kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
