Job Requirements

  • Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
  • Great team player
  • Ability to multitask
  • Passionate about great food
  • Stands during entire shift
  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting
  • Able to lift and carry tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 100 pounds up to 20 times per shift
  • Frequent exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity, and extreme cold

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook made-from-scratch menu items in the scratch kitchen
  • Hand carve and grind beef and bison daily
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
  • Interact with guests while displaying professional showmanship in the open kitchen
  • Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Lift and carry heavy kitchen items up to 100 pounds
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
