Job Requirements
- Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
- Great team player
- Ability to multitask

- Stands during entire shift
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting
- Able to lift and carry tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 100 pounds up to 20 times per shift
- Frequent exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity, and extreme cold

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook made-from-scratch menu items in the scratch kitchen
- Hand carve and grind beef and bison daily
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
- Interact with guests while displaying professional showmanship in the open kitchen
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Lift and carry heavy kitchen items up to 100 pounds
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
