- Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired

- Prepare made-from-scratch food items in small batches to ensure freshness
- Show culinary skills and engage with guests in open kitchen settings
- Hand carve and grind meat daily to maintain premium quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and prep areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operation
- Adhere to safety and food handling standards
- Manage physical demands of lifting, bending, and standing during shifts
