  • Full-service restaurant kitchen experience desired

  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 100 lbs multiple times per shift
  • Comfortable with exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity, and cold

Job Duties

  • Prepare made-from-scratch food in accordance with recipes and quality standards
  • Handle daily cutting, carving, and grinding of beef and bison in the on-premise butcher shop
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas
  • Show professionalism and engage with guests in display kitchens
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist in multitasking and supporting team members during busy shifts
  • Lift and carry tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 100 lbs
