Job Requirements

  • Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
  • Great team player
  • Ability to multitask
  • Passionate about great food
  • Stands during entire shift
  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting
  • Lifts and carries tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 100 lbs up to 20 times per shift
  • Frequent exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity and extreme cold

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in a full-service restaurant kitchen desired
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player with good communication skills
  • Passion for quality food and hospitality
  • Physical stamina for standing long periods and lifting heavy items

Job Duties

  • Prepare scratch-made menu items with showmanship and attention to detail
  • Interact positively with guests in an open kitchen environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist with on-premise butchering and meat preparation when required
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Handle kitchen equipment and utensils safely and efficiently
