Job Requirements
- Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
- Great team player
- Ability to multitask
- Passionate about great food
- Stands during entire shift
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting
- Lifts and carries tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 100 lbs up to 20 times per shift
- Frequent exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity and extreme cold
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a full-service restaurant kitchen desired
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Passion for quality food and hospitality
- Physical stamina for standing long periods and lifting heavy items
Job Duties
- Prepare scratch-made menu items with showmanship and attention to detail
- Interact positively with guests in an open kitchen environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with on-premise butchering and meat preparation when required
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Handle kitchen equipment and utensils safely and efficiently
