Job Requirements

  • Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
  • Great team player
  • Ability to multitask
  • Passionate about great food
  • Ability to stand for entire shifts
  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting
  • Ability to lift and carry tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 100 lbs up to 20 times per shift
  • Frequent exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity, and extreme cold

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous full-service restaurant kitchen experience desired
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about food and hospitality
  • Knowledge of food safety standards beneficial
  • Friendly and professional attitude toward guests and coworkers

Job Duties

  • Prepare made-from-scratch food items in small batches to ensure freshness and quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
  • Interact with guests in display kitchens displaying showmanship and professionalism
  • Assist with hand carving and grinding beef and bison daily
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
