Job Requirements
- Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
- Great team player

- Able to stand during entire shift
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting
- Able to lift and carry tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 100 lbs
- Frequent exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity and extreme cold
- Must comply with all health and safety standards

- Experience in a full-service restaurant kitchen preferred
- Ability to work well as part of a team

Job Duties
- Prepare made-from-scratch food items in a display kitchen
- Interact with guests demonstrating showmanship and professionalism

- Handle food safely and efficiently according to company standards
- Assist with food prep tasks including hand carving and grinding meats
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
