Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a restaurant kitchen is desired
  • Ability to stand for entire shifts and perform physical tasks
  • Capacity to frequently bend, stoop, reach, push, and lift heavy items up to 100 lbs
  • Ability to work in environments with exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, and humidity
  • Must be a great team player
  • Must be passionate about great food

Job Duties

  • Prepare made-from-scratch food in a scratch kitchen
  • Display culinary showmanship and interact with guests in display kitchens
  • Hand carve and grind beef and bison to ensure freshness
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work areas
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with kitchen prep and inventory management
  • Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and service team members
