Job Duties
- Prepare made-from-scratch menu items in small batches
- display showmanship and interact with guests in display kitchens
- handle daily hand carving and grinding of meats in the butcher shop
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
- comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth kitchen operations
