Job Requirements

  • Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired

  • frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting
  • ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 100 lbs up to 20 times per shift
  • frequent exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity and extreme cold

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a full-service restaurant kitchen
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • passion for high-quality food preparation
  • basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • capability to engage positively with guests

Job Duties

  • Prepare made-from-scratch food items according to the restaurant’s standards
  • interact with guests in the display kitchen to enhance dining experience
  • perform food prep tasks including hand carving and grinding beef and bison
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
  • assist in dishwashing and kitchen sanitation duties
  • multitask effectively during high-volume service periods
  • adhere to safety and health regulations in the kitchen
