Job Requirements
- experience working in a full-service restaurant kitchen preferred
- effective team player
- ability to multitask during shifts
- passion for great food
- ability to stand for entire shift
- capable of frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, lifting
- able to lift and carry items up to 100 pounds multiple times per shift
- tolerate exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity, and cold
- flexibility to work varied schedules

Job Duties
- prepare made-from-scratch food items in a scratch kitchen
- operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and prep areas
- assist with butchering and hand carving meat when required
- engage with guests in display kitchens showing professionalism and showmanship
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
