Job Requirements

  • Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
  • Great team player
  • Ability to multitask
  • Passionate about great food
  • Stands during entire shift
  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting
  • Lifts and carries tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 100 lbs up to 20 times per shift
  • Frequent exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity and extreme cold

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a full-service restaurant kitchen
  • Strong team player with the ability to multitask
  • Passionate about food quality and presentation
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare menu items in small batches to ensure freshness and quality
  • Hand carve and grind meats daily to guarantee premium flavors
  • Display culinary skills and interact with guests in the display kitchen
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
  • Follow health and safety standards and regulations
  • Assist in food preparation and inventory management
  • Operate kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
