Job Requirements

  • Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
  • Great team player
  • Ability to multitask
  • Passionate about great food
  • Stands during entire shift
  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing and lifting
  • Lifts and carries tubs, trays and cases weighing up to 100 lbs up to 20 times per shift
  • Frequent exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity and extreme cold

Job Qualifications

  • Previous full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently under pressure
  • Passion for cooking high-quality food

  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for hospitality
  • Physical ability to meet daily job demands including lifting and standing

Job Duties

  • Prepare made-from-scratch menu items in small batches to ensure premium freshness
  • Hand carve and grind meats daily in the on-premise butcher shop
  • Display showmanship and engage with guests in the display kitchens
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen workspace
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Support other kitchen staff, including prep cooks and dishwashers, as needed
