- Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired

- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting
- Lifts and carries tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 100 lbs
- Frequent exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity and extreme cold

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare menu items from scratch in small batches to ensure freshness
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
- Interact with guests in display kitchens showing professionalism and hospitality
- Handle heavy lifting, including carrying tubs and cases weighing up to 100 lbs
- Multitask efficiently while managing high-volume kitchen demands
- Contribute to maintaining kitchen sustainability practices
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
