Job Requirements

  • Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired

  • Stands during entire shift
  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting
  • Lifts and carries tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 100 lbs
  • Frequent exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity and extreme cold

Job Qualifications

  • Previous full-service restaurant kitchen experience
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Strong passion for cooking and food quality
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • Physical stamina to meet the demands of fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare menu items from scratch in small batches to ensure freshness
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
  • Interact with guests in display kitchens showing professionalism and hospitality
  • Handle heavy lifting, including carrying tubs and cases weighing up to 100 lbs
  • Multitask efficiently while managing high-volume kitchen demands
  • Contribute to maintaining kitchen sustainability practices
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
