Job Requirements
- Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
- Great team player
- Ability to multitask
- Passionate about great food
- Ability to stand during entire shift
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, and lift frequently
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs multiple times per shift
- Willingness to work in environments with smoke, steam, heat, humidity, and cold

- Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties
- Prepare made-from-scratch food items in small batches
- Hand carve and grind meats daily for freshness
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Interact with guests through display kitchen showmanship

- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comply with health and safety standards
