Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to food safety and quality standards
- Physically able to perform kitchen duties
- Willingness to learn and adapt to Kura Sushi procedures and standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Enthusiastic attitude towards learning and food preparation
- Knowledge of sushi preparation is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh and high-quality sushi and menu items according to Kura standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Multitask efficiently during busy service periods
- Participate in ongoing training to improve sushi preparation skills
- Follow all health and safety regulations
