  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely

Job Duties

  • Learn all wok recipes, cook times, and cooking techniques per Din Tai Fung's procedures
  • Check the ingredient quality before beginning cooking
  • Cook the ingredients in accordance with Din Tai Fung's recipes
  • Plate the final product according to Din Tai Fung's plating guidelines
  • Prepare and cut garnishes for wok line items
  • Label all items following Health Department regulations and Din Tai Fung procedures
  • Attend monthly staff and wok meetings
