Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous culinary experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately
- Good communication skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Willingness to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks

Job Duties
- Learn all wok recipes, cook times, and cooking techniques per Din Tai Fung's procedures
- Check the ingredient quality prior to beginning cooking
- Cook the ingredients in accordance with Din Tai Fung's recipes
- Plate the final product in accordance with Din Tai Fung's plating guidelines
- Prepare and cut garnishes for wok line items
- Label all items in accordance with health department regulations and Din Tai Fung procedures
- Attend monthly staff meetings and wok meetings
