Job Requirements

  • at least 1 year of upscale or fine dining line cook experience
  • availability to work flexible schedules
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • familiarity with health and safety guidelines

  • assist in training junior kitchen staff
