Job Requirements
- Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees
- Detect and identify safety issues and comply with safety guidelines and standards
- Lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment, and goods up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Bend, stoop, and reach to access various areas and items
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Ability to work in a variety of temperatures, both hot and cold

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Basic culinary skills and knife handling proficiency
- Willingness to learn and take direction
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation compliance
- Collaborate with kitchen team to coordinate food preparation and timely delivery
- Assist with inventory control and restocking supplies
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Adapt quickly to changing kitchen demands and maintain composure under pressure
