Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of kitchen experience (prep, line, or both)
- Ability to stay focused and organized under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness
- Interest in food that’s simple, intentional, and ingredient-driven
- Team-first mindset
- Part-time and full-time availability
- Weekend availability required

Job Duties
- Prepping produce, proteins, sauces, and garnishes to spec
- Cooking and plating dishes during service with consistency and care
- Maintaining clean and organized workspaces
- Washing dishes during the day
- Managing inventory and minimizing waste
- Communicating clearly with the rest of the team
- Following food safety and sanitation standards at all times
