Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must be available to work flexible shifts
- capable of standing for extended periods
- able to lift and carry up to 50 lb
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- good communication skills
- willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Job Qualifications
- no prior experience required as shifts are available for all levels
- ability to work flexible shifts and create own schedule
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices helpful
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb
- good vision and hearing to work safely in a dynamic kitchen environment
Job Duties
- assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
- preparing food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
- cooking food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods
- maintaining cleanliness and complying with food sanitation requirements
- cleaning and sanitizing cooking surfaces at the end of the shift
- standing for entire shifts and frequently lifting/carrying up to 25 lb
- occasionally lifting/carrying up to 50 lb and being able to reach, kneel, and stoop repeatedly
