Job Requirements
- Ability to stand on feet for entire shift
- Frequent lifting/carrying up to 25 lb
- Occasional lifting/carrying up to 50 lb
- Ability to reach with hands and arms in any direction
- Ability to kneel and stoop repeatedly
- Ability to see and hear well
- Willingness to comply with food sanitation requirements
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in kitchen or food preparation preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Job Duties
- Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
- Preparing food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
- Cooking food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods
- Maintaining cleanliness and complying with food sanitation requirements
- Cleaning and sanitizing cooking surfaces at the end of the shift
- Standing on feet throughout the entire shift
- Frequently lifting and carrying up to 25 lb
- Occasionally lifting and carrying up to 50 lb
- Reaching with hands and arms in any direction and kneeling and stooping repeatedly
