Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Previous line cook or culinary experience preferred
  • Ability to follow standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Cross-training capability on multiple cooking stations
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and cleanliness standards
  • Effective communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Preps and stocks all items needed to assemble regular menu selections and weekly Pool Kitchen specials
  • Uses standardized recipes and presentation photos as guidelines to prepare menu items and specials
  • Cross-trains on all Pool Kitchen stations including pantry, grill, flat, pizza, and prep
  • Labels and stocks all ingredients on shelves ensuring organization and accessibility
  • Maintains cleanliness of coolers, countertops, fryer, grill, and char-broiler daily
  • Performs utility duties when utility staff is not scheduled
  • Conducts self in a proper manner due to the open nature of the kitchen
