Job Requirements
- must have prior experience as a dietary aide, cook, or in a central kitchen
- knowledge of quality food production and servicing techniques, food safety/sanitation requirements and procedures
- must have excellent customer service skills
- ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and criminal history background check
- availability to work 2-3 shifts per week on the designated rotating schedule
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen tasks

Job Duties
- prepare meals according to dietary guidelines and resident needs
- collaborate with registered dietitian on menu planning
- ensure kitchen sanitation and food safety compliance
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas
- engage with residents to gather feedback on meals
- assist with inventory management and freezer maintenance
- perform various kitchen tasks as needed to meet nutritional needs of residents
