Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in restaurant or food service is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and cooking procedures
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information

Job Duties
- Learns all noodle recipes, cook times, and cooking techniques per Din Tai Fung's procedures
- Checks the ingredient quality prior to beginning cooking
- Cooks the ingredients in accordance with Din Tai Fung's recipes
- Plates the final product in accordance with Din Tai Fung's plating guidelines
- Prepares and cuts garnishes for noodle line items
- Labels all items in accordance with Health Department regulations and Din Tai Fung procedures
- Attends monthly staff meetings and noodle meetings
