Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of culinary experience
- current Oahu or Hawaii resident preferred
- ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen
- knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- dependable and reliable
- strong communication skills

- Proven working experience as a line cook

- capable of delegating multiple tasks

Job Duties
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- help in managing the team
- help to arrange for equipment maintenance and repairs and weekly/monthly deep cleans
- give prepared plates the final touch
- maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- fluent in best practices food control, including daily temp checks and line checks for am/pm shifts
- fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety, cleanliness, and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees, and guests
