The restaurant's menu features a variety of traditional Mexican dishes with a modern twist, including popular items like Birria Tacos, Kalua Pork, Street Tacos, Fish Tacos, Grilled Ono Tacos, Chicken Fajitas, Churros, Cheese Enchiladas, Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp, Steak Fajitas, Tortilla Soup, Chicken Tacos, and Chimichangas.

Mekiko Cantina boasts an extensive selection of over 50 tequilas and offers a range of specialty margaritas, such as the Prickly Pear Cactus Margarita. This drink is made with tequila, sweet and sour mix, naranja, lime juice, and prickly pear puree, finished with a black salted rim. The restaurant also hosts live music on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays, creating a lively atmosphere for guests.
