Job Requirements

  • possess two valid forms of government issued identification in good condition
  • able to pass an FBI fingerprint check for a security badge
  • full availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • reliable transportation to Dallas Love Field Airport

Job Qualifications

  • at least 2 years experience as a line cook in a high volume full-service restaurant
  • ability to lead and run the cook line for highly skilled positions
  • understands and performs cleaning duties
  • capable of working in hot and cold environments
  • physically able to stand for entire shift and lift up to 30 pounds
  • at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • train on all kitchen positions including prep cook, lead cook, dishwashing, and cook line stations
  • prepare food by cutting, portioning, and packaging
  • lead and manage the cook line and other cooks
  • clean kitchen areas including sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash
  • operate cooking appliances such as ovens, ranges, and steamers
  • work in hot and close quarters including walk-in refrigerators and cook line
  • lift up to 30 pounds and perform frequent bending, stooping, and twisting
