- experience working as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
- ability to work flexible hours including day or evening shifts
- capability to follow directions from chefs and senior kitchen staff
- excellent teamwork and leadership skills
- strong communication skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- commitment to providing exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- excellent emotional self awareness under pressure while maintaining a respectful, warm presence
- curious intelligence to continue learning in the position
- knowledge of various culinary procedures and methods such as grilling, baking, boiling
- good sense of taste and smell
- knowledge of a second language is a plus
Job Duties
- follow and fulfill the duties given by the executive chef, sous chefs, or senior line cooks
- keep stations clean and well stocked with the ingredients required to cook the dish that they are asked to prepare
- enjoy providing great hospitality
