Job Requirements
- Current Oregon Food Handler's card
- Reliable transportation to and from the store
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to comply with sanitation, health, and hygiene standards
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Commitment to teamwork and service excellence
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and/or Culinary Degree
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably with flat top grill
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Genuine passion for hospitality and team development
- Ability to stay composed and solution-oriented under pressure
- High standards for cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence
- Reliability, accountability, and a collaborative mindset
Job Duties
- Provide exemplary customer service by engaging with customers and active selling
- Promote products and assist customers around the store and menu
- Maintain excellent product knowledge
- Prepare food precisely according to established recipes and procedures
- Properly use kitchen equipment as specified by the manager or trainer
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Cross-train in various back-of-house roles
- Reinforce service, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Monitor workflow and pace during peak hours
- Address guest concerns professionally and promptly
