Job Requirements

  • must have at least 1 year of experience in similar position preferably in a high-volume or fine dining restaurant
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must have weekend availability
  • effective verbal communication skills and ability to read tickets
  • ability to be on your feet for a full shift including use of stairs
  • ability to lift or carry 30 pounds
  • working knowledge of basic kitchen cooking and prepping terminology
  • basic kitchen knife skills

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook food items according to company quality and service standards
  • coordinate orders to ensure timely and accurate cooking

  • follow all company safety and sanitation standards
  • report directly to the Manager on Duty
