Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in high volume cooking or broiling
  • ability to understand cooking temperatures and techniques
  • knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to read and follow prep sheets and equipment instructions
  • teamwork and collaboration skills
  • excellent communication skills
