Job Requirements

  • Experience working in high volume kitchens
  • Basic understanding of cooking methods and meat preparation
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
