Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen
  • Understanding of meat cooking temperatures and grilling techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
  • Compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
