Job Requirements

- Prior experience in food preparation or culinary environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Food handler's permit or willingness to obtain if required

- Familiarity with kitchen equipment like blenders, ovens, grills, stand mixers
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders efficiently

- Passion for foodservice and hospitality
Job Duties
- Ability to prep while managing orders coming in throughout the day
- Interact with guests throughout the day showcasing passion for foodservice and dedication to hospitality
- Adjust food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific dietary concerns
- Act as liaison to front-of-house employees to ensure proper food service temperature
- Operate various kitchen appliances such as blender, oven, flat top grill, or stand mixer
- Prepare necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins
- Maintain a clean and organized station even during the busiest conditions
- Estimate expected food consumption and organize preparation
- Fill out daily prep list
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed
