Global Partners LP is a leading independent owner, supplier, and operator of liquid energy terminals, fueling locations, and retail experiences. With approximately 1,700 locations primarily in the Northeast United States, the company is one of the region's largest independent owners, suppliers, and operators of gasoline stations and convenience stores.

The company operates through three primary business segments:

• Wholesale: This segment is engaged in the logistics of selling, gathering, blending, storing, and transporting refined petroleum products, gasoline blendstocks, renewable fuels, crude oil, and propane. These products are distributed to wholesalers, retailers, and commercial customers across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
• Gasoline Distribution and Station Operations (GDSO): Global Partners owns or leases approximately 1,600 retail gasoline stations, operating under various brands such as Mobil, Exxon, Shell, Sunoco, CITGO, and Gulf. The company also operates convenience stores and provides additional services, including car washes, lottery, and ATM facilities.
• Commercial: This segment sells and delivers unbranded gasoline, home heating oil, diesel, kerosene, residual oil, and bunker fuel to public sector customers, as well as to commercial and industrial end-users. It also offers custom-blended fuels tailored to specific customer requirements.

In addition to its core operations, Global Partners LP owns, controls, or has access to a large terminal network with strategic rail, pipeline, and marine assets spanning from Maine to Florida and into the U.S. Gulf. This extensive infrastructure enables the company to distribute gasoline, distillates, residual oil, and renewable fuels efficiently to wholesalers, retailers, and commercial customers.

The company is headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts, and employs approximately 4,070 people.
