Job Duties

  • Execute prep and service with consistency, speed, and attention to detail
  • set up, stock, and maintain your station before, during, and after service
  • follow recipes, plating standards, portioning, and chef direction precisely
  • work cleanly and stay organized in a fast-paced service environment
  • communicate clearly with the team during prep and service
  • help maintain food safety, sanitation, and overall kitchen cleanliness
  • support receiving, storage, labeling, rotation, and general kitchen organization
  • contribute to a strong team culture built on accountability and professionalism
