Job Duties
- Execute prep and service with consistency, speed, and attention to detail
- set up, stock, and maintain your station before, during, and after service
- follow recipes, plating standards, portioning, and chef direction precisely
- work cleanly and stay organized in a fast-paced service environment
- communicate clearly with the team during prep and service
- help maintain food safety, sanitation, and overall kitchen cleanliness
- support receiving, storage, labeling, rotation, and general kitchen organization
- contribute to a strong team culture built on accountability and professionalism
