Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and literacy to read product labels and communicate job-related needs
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations
- Availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional demeanor reflecting a warm, friendly personality and positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- Combination of education and experience in culinary arts or related field
- Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain high food quality standards
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality meals following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Work closely with culinary team to ensure timely and safe food service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Report to the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
- Assist in inventory control and stock management
- Uphold the company Culture of Excellence by demonstrating a warm and professional demeanor
