Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Sufficient education and literacy to read product labels and communicate job-related needs
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations
  • Availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Professional demeanor reflecting a warm, friendly personality and positive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Combination of education and experience in culinary arts or related field
  • Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and maintain high food quality standards
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality meals following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Work closely with culinary team to ensure timely and safe food service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • Report to the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
  • Assist in inventory control and stock management
  • Uphold the company Culture of Excellence by demonstrating a warm and professional demeanor
