Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 plus months experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- proficiency in multiple cooking stations preferred
- strong understanding of food safety and hygiene
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to follow recipes and portion control
- excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
- Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
- Assist with prep, opening, closing, and smooth operations
- Work efficiently across multiple stations such as Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill
- Maintain strong teamwork and communication with kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
