Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous cooking experience preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
- ability to follow recipes and POS orders accurately
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- availability to stand for up to eight hours
- ability to work under high pressure
- willingness to maintain personal hygiene and dress code
- ability to work with limited supervision
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Sets up work area, equipment and utensils
- reads tickets processed through the POS system
- prepares items ordered through the POS system according to recipe book
- maintains safety and sanitation standards at all times
- rotates products according to FIFO principle
- covers, labels, dates and stores prepared products
- maintains high standards of personal hygiene in compliance with local health ordinances
- cleans work area, stores utensils, disassembles and cleans equipment
- operates dish machine and prepares salads and raw products as needed
- follows all health, safety, sanitation and security standards
- performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor
