Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous culinary experience in a high-volume environment required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high-energy and physically demanding environment
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Availability to work days nights weekends and holidays as needed
  • Knowledge of health safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Previous culinary experience in a high-volume environment required
  • Multi-station experience a plus
  • Strong understanding of cooking techniques ingredients and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high-energy and physically demanding environment
  • Excellent teamwork communication and time management skills
  • Safe Food Handler certification preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients for service including chopping portioning mixing and measuring
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies before each shift
  • Cook menu items accurately and efficiently according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout service
  • Label and store all food products properly after each shift
  • Follow all health safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with training new kitchen team members as requested
  • Communicate equipment or supply needs to management promptly
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
