- six plus months in a high-volume restaurant
- exceptional knife skills
- strong understanding of recipes and portion control
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment

- exceptional knife skills and recipe execution
- passion for great food and quality presentation
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong teamwork, speed, and organizational skills under pressure
- knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
- experience working across multiple kitchen stations considered a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
- follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
- keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
- assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
- work across multiple kitchen stations such as pantry, pastry, pizza, wok, sauté, or grill
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen workflow
- maintain high standards of food presentation and safety
