Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • six plus months in a high-volume restaurant
  • exceptional knife skills
  • strong understanding of recipes and portion control
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Six plus months experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
  • exceptional knife skills and recipe execution
  • passion for great food and quality presentation
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong teamwork, speed, and organizational skills under pressure
  • knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
  • experience working across multiple kitchen stations considered a plus

Job Duties

  • Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
  • follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
  • keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
  • assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
  • work across multiple kitchen stations such as pantry, pastry, pizza, wok, sauté, or grill
  • collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen workflow
  • maintain high standards of food presentation and safety
