  • ability to lift and carry 30 pounds
  • ability to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
  • ability to reach bend stoop mop sweep and wipe frequently

Job Duties

  • deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food drinks and games
  • keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and suggest corrective actions
  • adhere to company safety and sanitation policies
  • operate all equipment safely and correctly
  • use chemicals properly for safety and cost control
  • ensure products are stored properly and at appropriate levels
  • prepare and cook food items by recipe and specification
  • control costs by following prep sheets and eliminating waste
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas and stations
  • clean kitchen mats floors walls and drains
  • empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
  • assist other team members as needed
  • maintain favorable working relationships and promote cooperative work climate
  • demonstrate friendliness and smile during shifts
